Can I purchase either pass at an overseas travel agency?
The following travel agencies carry these passes:

Thailand: Quality Express, SMI, Go Holiday, BOND STREET, ACCORD, Japan all pass, Joyful Holidays
Can I use JR lines, subway lines, and Hanshin Electric Railway lines with this pass?
No, but you can use Kobe Rapid Transit Railway lines.
When I use this pass, will I need my passport?
You will need to present your passport when you purchase the pass in Japan, but you will not need it in order to board trains.
Can I go to Mt. Rokko with this pass?
Unfortunately , you could not go there.
But you can go to nearest station to the Mt. Rokko.
Station name is Rokko-station.
If you want to go to Mt. Rokko, please pay additional fare of Kobe-Municipal Bus and Mt.Rokko Cable car .
Are there three- or four-day passes?
No, only one- and two-day passes are offered.
Can I use a credit card to purchase a pass?
When purchasing a pass in Japan, payment must be made in cash.
Can I use this pass to travel from Kansai International Airport to Hankyu Umeda Station?
No. Limousine bus service provides a convenient way to travel from Kansai International Airport to Umeda
Can two people use one two-day pass?
No. Each pass can only be used by one person.
What are the travel times and fares between various Hankyu Railway stations?
Umeda to Kawaramachi: About 43 min. and ¥400
Umeda to Kobe Sannomiya: About 27 min. and ¥320
Umeda to Arashiyama: About 49 min. and ¥400
Umeda to Takarazuka: About 33 min. and ¥280
Kobe Sannomiya to Kawaramachi: About 72 min. and ¥620

At what age do children have to start paying a fare?
Elementary school-age children who are at least 6 but not yet 12 must have a children's ticket. Child fares are half the corresponding adult fare. Amounts are rounded up to the nearest 10 yen (for example, the child's fare for an adult fare of ¥150 is ¥80.)
Infants (less than 1 year old) travel free. A parent or guardian traveling with up to two toddler-age children (at least 1 but not yet 6) only needs to purchase his or her own ticket. A parent or guardian traveling with three or more toddler-age children must purchase a child ticket for each additional child (for example, a parent traveling with four toddlers would need to purchase tickets for two of them). When traveling alone or in a group, toddler-age children must purchase child tickets.

What areas does the Kobe Rapid Transit Railway serve? Are there any sightseeing destinations along its route?
The Kobe Rapid Transit Railway serves western Kobe. Notable sightseeing destinations along its route include a giant statue of Testujin 28-go, a famous Japanese anime character, and the Hyogo Daibutsu, an enormous statue of the Buddha. The line also passes close to restaurants that are famous in Kobe for serving inexpensive, homestyle cooking.
Can I purchase either pass at an overseas travel agency?

No, but you can use Kobe Rapid Transit Railway lines.
When I use this pass, will I need my passport?

Are there three- or four-day passes?
No. The Hanshin Tourist Pass is valid for one day of travel. If you wish to purchase a two-day pass, use the two-day Hankyu Tourist Pass, which will allow you to travel between Osaka and Kobe and to Kyoto.
Can I use a credit card to purchase a pass?
When purchasing a pass in Japan, payment must be made in cash.
Can I use this pass to travel from Kansai International Airport to Namba Station or Hanshin Umeda Station?

What are the fares and travel times between various Hanshin Electric Railway stations?
Osaka Namba to Kobe Sannomiya: About 40 min. (rapid express service) and ¥410 (one way)
Osaka Namba to Amagasaki: About 14 min. (rapid express service) and ¥330 (one way)
Osaka Namba to Ashiya: About 27 min. (rapid express service) and ¥370 (one way)
Osaka Namba to Nishinomiya: About 24 min. (rapid express service) and ¥360 (one way)
Umeda to Sannomiya: About 30 min. (limited express and non-stop express) and ¥320 (one way)

At what age do children have to start paying a fare?
Not yet 1: Free
At least 1 but not yet 6: Traveling alone: Child fare
Traveling with a passenger who is at least 6: Up to 2 free, child fare for additional children in this age bracket
At least 6 but not yet 12 (elementary school age): Child fare
At least 12 (middle school age and up): Adult fare

Child fare is half the corresponding adult fare (rounded up to the nearest ¥5 * e.g. adult ¥ 150, children ¥ 80).

Are round-trip tickets available?
Yes, you can purchase a round-trip ticket. The round-trip ticket is ¥1,300 more than the one-way package.
Does limousine buses run for 24 hours?
Yes, It moves for 24 hours.

Other questions

How can I get to JR Kyoto Station on a Hanshin Electric Railway train?
Change trains to a Hankyu Railway train at Umeda Station. Then change to the Kyoto Municipal Subway at Hankyu Kyoto Karasuma Station and get off at the second stop. Since you can't travel to Kyoto by the Hanshin Electric Railway, it is recommended to use a Hankyu Tourist Pass in this case.
What interesting sightseeing destinations can I visit by Hanshin Electric Railway train?
Although many of the places along the Hanshin Electric Railway are not well known as sightseeing destinations, there are plenty of fun spots.
・Namba area (vicinity of Osaka Namba Station): Home to Dotombori and a number of shopping arcades, Namba is one of Osaka's most famous sightseeing destinations. The area has many interesting signs featuring subjects such as a gigantic crab and blowfish.
・Amagasaki area (vicinity of Amagasaki Station): Amagasaki is famous for its bustling shopping arcades. Don't miss “Temple Town" (Teramachi), a district that is packed with temples.
・Koshien area (vicinity of Koshien Station): Visit Koshien Stadium, home of the Hanshin Tigers, Japan's most popular professional baseball team. There are also stores selling Tigers merchandise near the stadium.
・Nishinomiya area (10 minutes from Nishinomiya Station on foot): Nishinomiya is famous for Japanese sake. The area is home to many of Japan's famous sake breweries, and you can sample many of their creations at the area's stores.
・Ashiya area (vicinity of Ashiya Station): This area is home to numerous stores that are famous for Kobe-style confections.
・Iwaya area (10 minutes on foot from Iwaya Station): You can enjoy contemporary art in the Iwaya area.
・Sannomiya area (vicinity of Kobe Sannomiya Station): Located in the heart of downtown Kobe, the Sannomiya area offers plenty of shopping and other diversions. If you're willing to walk a bit, you can also visit some of the city's historic foreign residences.
How can I get to Kobe from Namba?
Change to a train headed toward Kobe at Hanshin or Kintetsu Osaka Namba Station.
If you take a train bound for Kobe Sanonomiya, you can get to Kobe (Kobe Sannomiya Station) without changing trains.
If you take a train bound for Amagasaki, change trains at Amagasaki Station. All trains labeled as limited express service headed for Kobe that leave Amagasaki Station stop at Kobe Sannomiya Station.
