(1) Insert your chopsticks parallel to the bones of the fish, and eat from head (left) to tail along the belly on the upper side.
(2) Once the upper side is finished, remove the spinal bones and eat the lower side.
* Don't flip the fish until you're finished eating.
* Leave bones and the head at the inside of the plate.
* Don't eat side decorations the come with the meal until the fish is finished.
